Aindrila Ghorai is a seasoned technology professional with over 17 years of experience specializing in PEGA Technology. Currently serving as a Lead Architect at Cognizant Technology Solutions, she is renowned for her expertise in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions that transform business operations. 

Aindrila's most significant professional achievement is the development and deployment of an Appeals and Grievance solution on the PEGA platform for the healthcare industry. This project stands out due to her end-to-end involvement, from comprehending the initial manual processes to overseeing the complete software development lifecycle and managing post-production maintenance. Her in-depth understanding of technology and the healthcare sector facilitated the creation of a solution that not only reduced processing times but also ensured compliance with state and federal regulations. 

Her primary responsibilities include designing and developing Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions, leading PEGA upgrade initiatives, and integrating PEGA Gen AI and Voice AI functionalities to enhance agent productivity. Aindrila has established effective project governance processes and collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Aindrila holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and is a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) in PEGA.
